Commander
Description
The commander is the ultimate authority on a ship. They are responsible for making decisions that affect the entire crew, and they are the ones who must ensure that the ship runs smoothly and efficiently. Commanders are skilled at leadership, negotiation, and tactics, and they are able to inspire their crew to perform at their best. They are often found on the bridge, coordinating with the pilot to navigate through dangerous territory, or in the crew quarters, ensuring that morale is high and that everyone is working together as a team.
A Commander counts the following skills as career skills: Charm, Coercion, Cool, Discipline, Knowledge(Culture), Leadership, Negotiation, and Ranged (Light). Before spending experience during character creation, a Commander may choose four of their career skills and gain one rank in each of them.
